DiRT 3 “Is The Biggest Rally Game Ever Made”, says Codemasters

Speaking in Edge magazine, chief game designer Matt Horsman of Codemasters has said DiRT 3 will be “the biggest rally game ever made.”

New features in DiRT 3 include:

* Codemasters has done away with the festival setting of DiRT 2.

* A new career mode where you’ll be able to race cars from the 1990s, modern, classic and legendary cars, RAID trucks and super buggies.

* A new combo system analyzes how close you are drifting near obstacles and totals your score accordingly.

* More than 100 locations including Monaco, Norway, Aspen and the African plains.

* Part modes include Outbreak, Cat n Mouse, Goldrush and Transporter.

* DiRT 3 includes YouTube support, allowing you to edit your replays and upload them.
