Sony Releases Updated Firmware 3.41, Fixes HDD Issues

Sony has released a new updated version of its latest 3.41 firmware for the PS3.

The new update allows you to update the console properly if you have swapped the original PS3 HDD with a new one.

Previously, we got reports of problems for HDD upgraders, including: PS3 owners are unable to update their system to firmware 3.41, HDD upgrades aren’t being allowed, systems are crashing, and after installing a new HDD the system isn’t fully downloading the file and then prompts users with a message stating ‘no applicable data found’.
