Medal Of Honor Gets 8.5/10 From CVG

The first Medal of Honor reviews are starting to hit the internet.

CVG has reviewed Medal of Honor and given it a 8.5/10, saying:

“From the Call of Duty side of the gene pool, Medal of Honor has inherited the volume. Explosions are loud and proud and you can practically feel the splash damage gushing into your living room, meaning you’re constantly surging around the course on a wave of adrenaline.”

Medal of Honor releases on October 12 2010 (USA), and October 15 2010 (UK) for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

  1. expected better score from “Medal of Honor” 🙁 The main thing is proved Call of Duty was and always be the pioneer and the dominator of modern military shooter.

Still 8.5 is really good. Modern Warfare was good (just like Transformers 1). But in MW2 (just like Transformers 2) they thought “Hey, why don’t we ditch the story and make really big explosions one after another and watch the money rollin’ in!”

Exactly, it seemed that the forefront part of the game was to use it’s predecessor’s success to make some exorbitant money, and nothing else! and that was really formidable indeed if you ask me! 👿

Don’t worry bro , the users in gamespot gave it a average rating of 9.4 ..

thanks guys 😉 we need to check what happens to call of duty too after the infinity ward breakup earlier this year lets see how call of duty black ops caters to the reviewers. But i am expecting something big from the newly formed EA Studio Respawn Entertainment though

Same here with me! Black Ops is going to be a success, Treyarch has lots of experience now under their belt.

However, when I first bought 360, the first game I got was Call of Duty 3. After playing some time, I thought something didn’t feel right. It just wasn’t as exciting as CoD 2. Later I found out that Treyarch made CoD 3 ……… 😡
