Qubee WiMax Internet Users Facing Connection Issues
Some, not all, Qubee WiMax internet users are facing connectivity issues (myself included). What happens is that you have internet connection for a few minutes and it suddenly cuts out. You get disconnected for around half a minute and it reconnects automatically again. This repeats continuously.
Gamersworldbd has contacted Qubee and they said that only users with the Gigaset SX682 modem is affected. Qubee has told that their engineers are working on a fix as of press time.
However, you can try this step which may solve the problem:
1. Go to your modems page, which is usually http://192.168.3.1
2. Go to Advanced Settings>WiMax configuration. Re-type your password and hit OK.
3. Go to Administration>Restart and click OK to reboot your device. It usually takes a minute to reboot.
We tried this process and this fixed the problem for around 30 minutes. Gamersworldbd recommends any Qubee user who is facing this issue to contact Qubee’s customer support on 8959911 and have them send over a technician to your house.

maybe a disconnection may occur later 😥 Let us know when it gets fixed

it did disconnect about 3-4 for the last 3 hours but its better than before not disconnecting every minute 👿

I was interested in getting wimax connection from QB.After all these trouble you’ve had with QB;what will you recommend for me-QB or banglalion?I live in Motijheel,want to download at least 10-15 GB/month and can’t pay more than 1000tk/month.Any suggestion about which package should I get?
