Hot on the heel of the release of Xbox 360 Slim is the so-called Red Dot of Death.

Gamers across the internet reports that the Xbox 360 power bricks show a red light (instead of the usual green) and the console does not power on. The same power brick works on other consoles. Check out the video below:

Speaking to Now Gamer about the Red Dot of Death issues, a Microsoft representative said, “we couldn’t be more proud of the consoles we are building now, as well as the new Xbox 360.
