Mass Effect 3 To Be Finally Shown At VGA 2010?
BioWare’s recent teasers have all led us to a wild goose chase.
First, a video was teased with a marine-like gunman aiming down the scopes of his rifle. Many considered to be Mass Effect’s third outing.
Another pointed to a secret British intelligence website. The last was a binary code which translated to a “red herring”, which is “intended to divert attention from the real problem or matter at hand”.
So have we all been duped at this point? However, new details have leaked that the teaser may actually be Mass Effect 3.
A source to CVG has leaked an image which might be Mass Effect 3’s.
The US-based source said, “I won’t spoil it for everyone by telling you what the game is. But it’s going to have a lot of hardcore BioWare fans jumping out of their seats.”
CVG says, the image “depicts crosshairs from a first-person perspective. Shockingly, as you look closer, you realise they are aimed squarely at a seemingly defenceless woman – reaching out to a fallen child.”
Another evidence points that Mass Effect 3 will feature for the first time, multiplayer modes and be shown at VGA 2010.
This comes from a “trusted source” to Joystiq that says the teased video is indeed a “first glimpse of Mass Effect 3.”
All will finally be revealed at the Video Game Awards 2010 which airs on December 11.
