Need For Speed Rivals Announced For Nov 19, Trailer, PS4 Definitely Releasing This Year And Microsoft Wants To Sell A Billion Xbox Ones

EA has announced it’s latest in the Need For Speed series dubbed Rivals. It seems to go in the direction of Hot Pursuit and more cop chases. And let me tell you. Nothing feels better than being chased around by cops while blazing around in a supercar. Check out the teaser trailer below:

Next up, PS4 is definitely going to release in 2013, especially in the UK. And hey if the Brits get it this year, surely the rest of the world will too.

Next up, Microsoft. The company plans to sell one billion Xbox One consoles. Let that sink in. Consider the fact that the Xbox 360 has sold 77.2 million units worldwide to date.

We like to think that Microsoft hasn’t forgotten about us hardcore gamers and they promise that they haven’t. But what they have done is taken interest in other segments. They say we are “incredibly important” and that makes us all gushy inside.

Finally, if you’re really into the used games trade, rumors are abound that it may cost more than 35 quid (that’s British Pounds to all you Economics majors out there) to activate used games on the Xbox One.

Oh and Forza 5 will be a launch title for the Xbox One.
