Saint’s Row 3 Official Name, Release Date And Images Claimed To Be Leaked
A new set of images for Saints Row 3 has leaked on the net along with an ad that seems to reveal the game’s official name and release date.
According to the leaked ad, [which you can see below, courtesy of CVG] the game is called Saint’s Row: The Third, and will be out in ‘Holiday 2011’. It also has the slogan, “Strap it on”.
In addition to that, another set of images have appeared [which you can also see below] showing a scene at an airport, featuring what appears to be an older version of one of the Saint’s Row’s key character, Johnny Gat, with a more built-up version of Stillwater city in the background.
The source “NeoGAF” that put up the images is claiming that they will be featured in the next Game Informer magazine cover.
As of yet, nothing is confirmed officially by THQ or GameInformer, although THQ’s Core Games Exec VP, Danny Bilson recently teased about a “HUGE announcement” from THQ, which is widely expected to be Saint’s Row 3, coming in the second week of March.

“holiday season” is a very profitable period during october-november-december area when people are busy buying stuff for loved ones/for their own etc. etc. for Christmas

btw guys, I have doubt about this article cause the pics have photoshop running in the background. Moreover, SR3 was supposed to release sometime in March.

Of course not. The desktop seen in the images are from the source(NeoGaf) where the images were obtained. I use Windows 7 by the way. 😀 and I must reiterate what the gaming wiz said, “Who is still using Windows XP?”

Yeah, and that’s why I mentioned “Claimed To Be Leaked” in the article title as the gaming industry is still uncertain whether these images are true or not. Moreover, I also mentioned that nothing is confirmed officially at the moment but the source is claiming that they are for the next Game Informer magazine cover.
I guess, people don’t read the article titles these days(nor what’s written inside it), my bad! 🙄
[Edit] Saints Row 3 is set for a Q3 2011 release and there is no doubt about it unless the developer itself retracts the release to an earlier date.

I pity the fools who’s still stuck with XP 😛 unless you’re into legacy hacking, etc. in which case drivers are still better in XP.
But for everything else, Win 7 does it better than XP. And don’t whine about it slowing down your PC, I have an Atom processor with only 1 GB Ram running Win 7 really smoothly.

Quiet honestly windows 7 is way faster than XP.
